CPNE have completed three industrial property transactions in Newton Aycliffe, totalling over 46,000 sq ft.
On behalf of private clients the firm has leased a 14,500 ft factory to Trinity Kitchens in Northfield Way, with the adjoining 15,000 sq ft building acquired by Radac. The company who manufacture specialised high quality accessories for industrial radiography have relocated from Eaglescliffe.
In a third deal, a 16,500 sq ft warehouse has been acquired at Park 2000 by CG Fixings. The acquisition doubles the size of their presence in Newton Aycliffe.

Voids on the estate are at an all time low, with the existing buildings on the estate continuing to attract interest from a variety of occupiers.
