The smaller end of the Teesside Industrial market continues to flourish according to Chartered Surveyors Connect Property North East (CPNE) who have concluded over 10 lettings of under 5,000 sq ft in the last 4 months. Lettings have been done at Murdock Road in Middlesbrough and at Douglas Close on Preston Farm Business Park in Stockton on Tees where MC & I Ltd and Sterling Services (pictured) have both taken space.

Teesside Industrial Estate continues to be the region’s best performer has seen four further lettings concluded on the popular estate. Joinery specialist Blue Aardvark have continued to grow by taking further premises, with Wilson Flooring, JMS Kitchens, H Horseware, CLC Interiors, Geffin Contractors, CW Electrical Contractors, Castlespring Ltd, Project ABM Joinery and Ingleby Kitchens all taking units on the estate.
